having had both a miscarriage and a stillbirth baby in the past, definately the stillbirth felt far far worse. By the time you are six months pregnant, you are starting to buy stuff, rearrange you house, think about the birth etc etc and by six months, i think most women (and their partners) feel a bit more secure in their pregnancies than before 12 weeks and have a feeling that it is actually going to happen. I am by no means demeaning a miscarriage as easy, it just seems more respectful i suppose to think of a six months gestation baby as a person, because you get to see them and hold them if you want,
