I thought the remarks made by those women on the sink estate summed up the attitude of many of those living on benefits . They said why should we work for £250 a week when we can get £200 on benefit . All that work for a lousy.£50 quid and we wouldn't be able to go to our afternoon Bingo.

When I was a lad people were ashamed to be living on charity nowadays it's considered their right.

weecalf # too much bother just get the money back the banks squandered and we will as go back to being okay #
I don't think anyone has thought about that. Who do they get it back from precisely ?
Modeller have you read some of those ads

#General labourers with their own transport required in West London (Greenford, Southall, Hayes) areas.

Applicants must have labouring experience and full PPE.
Please only reply to this advert if you live in West London as the job is based in Reading.#

Some ask that you have your own tools

3 jobs here 4 jobs there

I picked Labourers as i thought there would be a higher amount of jobs for the unskilled person .

If you go to the Govt site that is the total amount of jobs for the whole of Great Britain.

The Truth Here . Oh I see you want a job at the end of your road with a company car thrown in.
I had 10 different schools as a child because my father went to where the work was and didn't wait for it come to him and if tools were required he got them , and for years he cycled 12 miles to work every day. He did what Tebbit said " He got on his bike ."
Was life difficult ? Yes it damm well was. ! And we never had a penny from the state.
So I'm not impressed with the bleeding heart brigade who are not prepared to help themseves.
LOL Jack -"Henry, the mild mannered janitor?"
Exactly modeller who ?
Jack....I forgot about that job ad. That was funny...

I live in quite a nice area but I'm sure that not everyone is employed. Why don't they interview people round here?

They interview chavs from sink estates to make us look down our noses at the unemployed.
Modeller why would i want another job. If you read my postings correctly i have never stated that I wanted a job.
Keep reading the Express and belittle those who try but are unable to find work.
and suppose there just aren't enough jobs?
