The latest stories are that Tripoli is becoming the last bastion of the Gaddafi supporters, other areas in the West of the country are falling to the rebels; crack regime troops are headed to the oilfields to destroy them. Obama is finally going to say something about Libya shortly but will that make any difference whatsoever?
