A Time To Play
1 Answers
I remember one evening, visiting my elderly grand parents in a quiet residential street
We chatted for hours and I said to my grandfather, "it must be getting late, whats the time ?"
He told me that they don't have any clocks, watches, radios or TV's in the house.
So I begged the question: "how do you tell what time it is around here ?"
See that trumpet over there in the corner ? "yeah"
Well i pick it up, walk outside and start playing it and soon enough, someone sticks their head out of a window and shouts: why the heck are you playing that damn trumpet at 2:30 in the morning!!?.
