When the meal was brought to his table ten minutes later, the man demanded: "Wheres the **ing bread ?".
The waitress then replied: "Its in the sausages"

Have you ever been to a real transport café? I have, once. My lasting impression is of a place jam-packed with lorry drivers, the air blue with cigarette smoke and the bloke behind the counter busy cooking fry-ups, fag dangling from his lips as he did so.
