In the New Statesman's This England feature, comes this extract from Metro :-


A heavily tattooed motorist was convicted of drug driving after magistrates refused to believe he had declined a blood test because he had a phobia of needles. Sussex PC Tom Van Der Wee tweeted: "It didn't help his case that his arms are covered in tattoos"
