Late one night at the insane asylum, one inmate shouted, "I am Napoleon!"
Another patient asked, "How do you know?"
The first inmate said, "Because God told me!"
Just then, a voice from another room shouted, "I did NOT!"

The latter day Napoleon of France came home to the Palais d'Elysee, Madame de Gaulle with him.

He goes upstairs to his office and she disappears to the kitchen to get some tea. Back she comes with a silver salver with the tea service on it.

Two-thirds up the stairs, she trips and drops it, shouting out the French three* cuss, 'Nom de Dieu!"

To which, Charles shouts down, "Yvonne, there's no need to call me God when we are at home."
