Advice needed please.

I'm lucky enough to be on holiday from Dec 26th to Jan 15th and would love to go to a quiet beach, without crowds, preferably in the Caribbean or Indian Ocean. Ideally a child free all inclusive resort type thing.

I intend to spend around €10,000 - €15,000 between accommodation and food just to relax, unwind and enjoy the end of what has been a very long year!

Does anyone know where I can get the money??
