Uploading pictures on ebay problems

Have been listing some items to sell on ebay but when i try to download a picture it works but the box comes up and says microsoft explorer has encounted difficulties and need to close!!! When i read the error report it has somthing to with people being able to find out my info and ip address! Ive tried several times and it still does the same.I have sold things in the past and never had this problem.Could somone please help.Cheers.

Hi This happened to me I downloaded Turbo lister from Ebay this cured the issue
