One Day, Long, Long ago.....
One day, long, long ago, there lived a woman who, surprisingly,
did not whine, nag, or bitch........
But this was a long time ago.....
and it was just ONE day.
The End
did not whine, nag, or bitch........
But this was a long time ago.....
and it was just ONE day.
The End

Here's a short dialect poem which I came across many years ago and many men will agree with the message, though probably not within earshot of their wives!
The author was George H. Cowling.
A Natterin' Wife.
The parson, the squire and the divil
Are troubles at trouble this life,
But each on em's dacent an' civil
Compared wi' a natterin' wife.
A wife at mun argie an' natter,
She maks a man's mortal life hell.
An' that's t'gospel-truth o' t' matter,
I knaws, 'cause I's got yan misel.
Sorry, ladies if you are upset. But it did say "For MEN only", so if curiosity got the better of you..................tha's nobbut thisens to blame!
