If your thinking of 'will they last in a sandwich all day' you'll be ok. If done as egg mayonaise this will keep for a couple of days if kept in an air tight container and refridgerated, but I wouldn't leave it any longer. Cool the eggs as quick as poss in cold water..this also stops that grey/black ring between the yolk and white.

oops, forgot to say, same goes if you want to keep them in the shells for salad the next day.
