Aw come on, I've had occasion to ring BT several times about my broadband and I Ihave to say that they have fixed it and they have been extremely helpful. It ain't all bad, IMO.
bit like that one on why Indian wives have red dots placed on their foreheads on their wedding days.
So their husbands, once back to the bedroom, can scratch off the spot and see if they have won a convenience store in Birmingham, or have to carry on working in a Mumbai call centre.
I've used the BT helpline twice recently and spoke to a nice Indian sounding lady........called Anne.......and a nice Indian sounding gentleman.........called David
Why do they make them give out fake English first names?
Next time I'm going to ask them what their real name is
