Old lady decides she's had enough so she thinks she might end it all.
She decides she will shoot herself in the heart so just to make sure it will be quick she casually asks her doctor to explain exactly where her heart is,the doc says immediately under the left breast,which is why she ends up in casualty with gunshot wounds in the left knee.
