After extensive research I have discovered my favourite:

Judith Chalmers sounds (almost) like Farmer's which is a shortened form of Farmer Giles which in turn ryhmes with...

Example: "Gordon Bennet, my Judiths aren't half giving me gyp!"

the duke of argyles, golden miles?
example: "my golden miles are chaffing on me gusset"
