got this line going around work(got a promotion on tin salmon) from the sheman song .any one know what it means? lovely!

"Salmon and trout" is "snout" or tobacco. Also, "anyone got any Veras?" is cigarette papers/Rizlas from "Dame Vera Lynn" (skin).
