what does this word mean???

I have a friend in Plymouth and last night on a text, he said i must be referring to his girlfirends " janner accent" after i said they had a silly accent! ( i was only joking btw) I have never heard of this my life and would love to know. She is from Newquay if this is rellevant. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
