That probably refers to Britney Spears? It's saying that it wasn't just lyrics she swapped with Madonna, it was also a kiss. Saliva. Tongues. Etc.

Of course this could be nothing to do with the Britney/Madonna kiss whatsoever and I don't know why that stuck in my mind. OK, I do know why that stuck in my mind. But either way, the report is telling you that this woman didn't just SING with Madonna, they also did something else together.
