Hi
I'm stuck on three, but think I know one answer, but don't 'get' the wordplay:
18 across: Have some reason not to do something? (3) C _ N I feel this should be 'can', but don't know why!
9 across: Girl's turned high maintenance, discarding much clothing (5) N _ A _ H
26 across: One problem for dentist briefly in GP's practice (5) I _ O _ A
Any help appreciated
Thanks in advance

9 Niamh

If the yanks 'can' something they metaphorically throw it in the wastebin?
The C is definitely right?
Niamh is the end of high and the start of maintainance backwards.....
I was thinking Ken for 18a, but it doesn't fit with your 'c' and only fits half the clue...sorry...
18a) Con? As in pros and cons?
