Last one! 15d weird! Addams 8 finally has one day off in college(religious one). (9) 8 is 'butler' hence i think last letter of Lurch. Odd to start and then anagram of 'has a or i (d)ay'. Something not quite right! Help.

Many thanks, i can sleep now. ( just finished a brilliant Martin Beck)i had got something wrong, first letter as 'o'. Had not heard of that college either. Thanks again.
