Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Actually the first time I've seen a Piccadilly crossword, but I see that they're a prolific setter. This was also the first un-numbered EV I've seen, which probably shows how little time I've been solving them more than anything else. Anyway, a very pleasing finish and while the clues didn't seem that hard they were certainly fair and most had great surface reading. Thanks Piccadilly!

Yes Slaney I was the lucky winner. Unbelievably it was my first ever entry. I'll still do the EV every week but I don't expect my good fortune to continue. Look forward to the fountain pen- does anyone know how long it takes to arrive? Also is it a specific brand?

Glad that I was away this weekend as this wouldn't have been challenging enough for me to while away much time at all. Not quite up to the EV standard of difficulty I thought, but quite likeable.

Congratulations Daniel, the pen I won earlier this year was exactly the same as the one I won many years ago, very smart stainless steel and gold plating, the only difference is the box which is smaller and less opulent, so I put them both in the old box!
