My problem,apparently, has been long term with the router disconnecting/connecting itself frequently with poor signal strength according to my whizz kid son. Due to my poor hearing I have grear difficulty in understanding the miriad of regional and foreign accents that the Virgin operators have. I also find they more often than not want me to contort myself into impossible yoga positions with a torch to read them data plates etc on the back of the equipment.If I was that agile I would pick up the kit and carry down the local Virgin shop.
