We're having slow-cooked belly pork with crackling, roasties, parsnips, carrots, peas, broccoli, cavalo Nero, creamed spinach and gravy. When we get home. If we ever get out (rolls eyes).

Moussaka, green salad and garlic bread. Followed by keylimepie and fresh strawberries. All washed down with a Terre des Lys Fleurie and/or First Cape Chardonnay.
I'd rather have what you're having though NoM x
Subway sandwich - Meatballs.
M and S ham and egg salad , not any old salad x
7 vegetables. -)

I love moussaka, ethandron. Lots of cinnamon and mint goes into mine.

The smell of Subway is incomparable, JD.

That's what I should be eating, Tamaris, but I've a mind to commit carbicide today.

Well Ann, will you totally rock that veg with some salt and pepper??
Rock the veg ?
I am having a traditional roast chicken, pigs in blankets, roasties, yorkies, mixed veg all washed down with a bottle of rose. Followed by strawberries and cream.
Question Author
Yes, Ann. Seasoned or unseasoned?

That's my favourite, Sharon. Will you do stuffing?
Just finished a turkey bacon sandwich and tonight will be having a homemade meatball sub.
Question Author
I do like Meatballs, it was one of the first meals I cooked for my OH.
Bacon butty, Lager & Guinness
I'm doing Thai green curry with butterfly prawns and king scallops and sticky rice.

Think there's a curry in the freezer.
Just had breakfast. I`m going to make a Waitrose tomato and spinach tart later with some dollops of sun dried tomato pesto that I made and needs to be used up + a side salad.
Leftover (home made) lasagne followed by shop-bought creme brulee.

Easy relaxed meal for me!

My dinner is called cancelled and I'm going to Ummmm's ;)

Funnily enough, 237SJ, I was planning to make a spinach and goat's Cheese tart myself.

J'adore curry, Mamya.
It`s this one NoM http://www.waitrose.com/home/tv/meat-free/tomato-spinach-tart.html only I can`t remember what I used instead of backing beans for the base.
Question Author
What cheese do you use, LA? I've been using Grana Padano for years...not sure why really...
You're more than welcome :-)
Have to admit that I use up whatever cheese I happen to have lying around....in this case some strong cheddar.....fortunately authenticity is not that important to us...or maybe we invented fusion cooking and didn't know about it.
