Thanks again danny and blue. Your answers came in as I was typing my last bit.
Can't parse FROTH, though for 6 down.
Circular clue: Head out = (go) FORTH

then change a couple ie the O and R = Froth = Head
Go forth my friend. (I think) head out. juggle forth and you get froth.. Good head of beer = froth.mThats my tangled parsing :-)
