Have hit the buffers with unclued entries which, we’re told, have to ‘combine to form the surname ‘ Chippendale which I’m sure is the answer we must highlight.
For 1 across, I’ve v-l-e- (valued, velvet?); 5d looks like ‘fragment’ if my
-r-g-e-t is right; and 14d is ‘enclosure’ if my en-lo -ure is right.
What they ‘combine to form’ I just cannot fathom so I’d welcome any hints and contributions. Many thanks
