agree with Toorak ... I never heard of SAR but Google has "The sar is a seawater fish that is relatively unknown to the general public in Brittany. Many people mistake it for sea bream"

Thanks Toorak. Sar did not turn up in any dictionary I consulted and as per your link it seems that even Breton fishermen are unaware of it! But as usual you are spot on!
