If PPS has weakened your muscles and altered your gait and stance that could exacerbate arthritis in your hips and knee joints.  I was told around ten years ago that I have arthritis in my left hip which was a surprise as I wasn't in any pain nor was my mobility impaired in any way.  Nothing has changed since.  I don't have PPS but I do have a slight deformity in my legs which affects my gait so maybe that is to blame.

If you are worrying about it, talk to a professional.  Good luck
