Could someone please give me a hint as to what the link between the 14 thematic answers is, so far I've only got Disney.

I thought that this was one of the hardest to complete in a long time, especially the bottom left hand corner --- but I got there in the end ! It took a while for the penny to drop as regards the word "bad" !

Given up on this one now despite finding the link, Inquisitor 98 appears a little more forgiving. Just returned from Grandson's fifth birthday bash and am replete with eggy sandwiches, jelly and 110 decibels of small children screaming.

Thankyou rapparee, after a snooze, 2 paracetomol and a large G & T, all is well with the world again. I have a long way to go with 96. The nearest I have got with the quotation is "God help"? For goodness sake, why do I put myself through this, I don't actually like champagne!
