4dn Deck's not taken by one name aboard American Queen (7) I have N???S?R Second letter probably O if 11ac is HORROR (Stop before maintaining car alarm)
20ac Press close correspondence, finally, after second mistake (5) I have S?RR? must be SORRY but why?

Thanks pentalpha. The Y in SERRY is the E in nonuser, which was the only word I could find. If nonuser, where does DECK come in?
Also, NONUSER makes 14ac (Contemptible person polled and polled (3) ) NOT!!!!! Why??

Just a thought -A deck is a quantity of drugs. Someone not taking them is a non-user ?
