Like a few others, I'm stuck on a couple.
19 down Like a fool, taking current on lake for a marine inhabitant (7) o?l?i?h.
Is this oilfish? but if so I can't work out why
22 down He believes in vitality, so ouzo's out! (5) z?i?t
Looks like this last one should be some kind of anagram (out) but I don't think it can be
