Last two.
18ac. Shakespeare's cutter departs wearing a hat. (7)B?W???R) I think this is bowlder, bowler = hat round d = dies ie departs. I have no idea what this has to do with Shakespeare or if i am right.
24ac. Fish here as wintery downpour is shortly to recede.(4)E??? If bowlder is right that would make the third letter D
