Could you also help with confirmation on 2 clues in todays Cryptic 2580
1d Stupid and empty party after party (4) D?P? I assume it is DOPE and see the one party as DO but not the other
4d Band's tour going in one or two directions (6) S?R?P? Is it STRIPE or STRIPS one is a trip going in same direction (south and south) the other in two directions (South and East)

Would appreciate your input as always

I did write 'stripE', but wasn't thinking straight when typing - bl**dy kids outside are kicking up a ruckus & I can't hear myself think... Apologies again to all :-((
