Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

candle stubs are being remoulded into new candles.8 stubs are required for each new candle.if there are127 stubs,how many candles can possibly be made in total?
i get 15 with 7 left over.the answer given is 18.any help would be very much appreciated.

I assume it works as follows:
127 stubs initially gives you 15 with 7 left over.
The fifteen are burnt giving you 22 stubs, which gives you 2 more and 6 left over.
Those 8 give you 1 more
Total : 18

Correct, with the information you provided. But, if you burned the 15 candles you now have you would now be left with 22 stubs. From those stubs you could make another 2 candles with 6 stubs over. Burn the 2 new candles and you get 8 stubs which gives you enough for 1 more candle, making 18 candles in total.
