Back from a great but foggy weekend in York, and now catching up on the quiz answers.
Thanks to everyone who came up with some great answers. Auntflo; your answer, 'Daphne knows with equal ease etc etc' was great. I was well and truly stumped with that one. I need to read up on Jonathan Swift!
Thanks also to Tilly2, Slaney, Icntoan, methyl, fibonaci, ellie may, Katburd, vakayu, sir.prize and anybody else I've not mentioned for your input.
On the HTD front, I'm drawn towards Hymn to Diana, what do you think?
One other thing, Tilly2 says Janet Leigh is not a quote, saying, phrase or title so JL, where both the 'J' and the 'L' is a lady's name still needs to be resolved.
Finally, for now anyway, I have put BW, where 'B' is the lady's name, as Barbara Windsor. I now realise this is probably wrong, given what Tilly2 has pointed out. But what does BW stand for? I haven't asked previously for an answer on this as I thought I had made a correct guess, now I'm not so sure!
