No 2. Red mullet.
No 4. Titular = so-called. Sailor = tar, 'it' backwards, 'u' = a turn and 'l' = left.
No 3. Hat rack = supporter of hats...ie 'top fashion'. 'Reporter' = hack around 'tra' which = 'art' moved.
3 = HAT RACK
(hack about angram of art)
No 1. Daub = a rough picture. Call = dub + 'a' as an anagram (ie 'rough').

I think you may find that No1 is "Snap" as in call in playing cards, and a rough photo shot!
Bruce, If the clue was "Call a rough picture", your answer would work well. However, you don't seem to take into account the word 'with' in the original clue. 'Dub' with 'a' ( ie the one tucked into the other) definitely takes account of all elements. But what the hey! Toronto...as well as the crossword-setter, of course!..has to decide.
