White van is top gear, I still think the dancers on the roof is dancing on the edge not britains got talent, don't know the microphone but someone suggested made in chelsea
Lizard Lick Towing is an American television series that is filmed in the style of Cinéma vérité. The show is a spin-off of the truTV series All Worked Up,
Dancing on the edge is a good idea for the mic so maybe I don't want to go to Chelsea after all. Although they use more than one mic design if you google image the title a lot of the results have that kind of ribbon mic and as someone else said it was a heavily promoted show.
They always put snow and snowflakes in. I think they're just part of a xmassy theme
Sorry also meant to add that while I can't explain the ads on the plane they don't use one clue for two solutions. The most likely explanation is that the source image had it
I can only echo the words of "scotchlass". Please read the whole thread so you can see what has already been discussed. We're going round and round with the answers we've already got instead of concentrating on the ones we don't have.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think we have all the correct answers in this thread, with the possible exception of the microphone.
That's also my thought after watching the clips. There's aleways one or two that you can't be sure about and this year they're the dancers and the mic which affect each other in that it's Chelsea + edge or edge + talent
Thank you "filmbuff" - didn't watch Britain's got talent this year but I looked at Silhouette on You tube - amazing. I agree with "ramsfan" there's always a conundrum with one or two of the clues.
Looking again at the picture again it looks like the male dancer is pushing snow off the roof under his foot - so I'm going with Dancing on the Edge for this one. Still undecided about the dog: pet school or animal's honours awards. However most of the clues this year seem to have been from series which would make me plump for Pet School.
If the dancers are from Dancing On the Edge why are they in silhouette? Also Pet School is a kids' show. Do they normally use them in these quizzes. And the 50 sign in a circle still has me wondering.
I was going for pet school but I don't think they've had kids shows before and a mortar board might fit with honours rather than school. I can't see a particular marker for dr who but it's hard to think of anything better for 50.
This is my third big picture quiz and from the other 2 picture quizzes I have done the radio times does include 1 children's programme last year it was wizards vs aliens and the year before that was rastamouse however I though the dog with the mortar board was Top Dogs? I am unsure though
Was thinking that the microphone was the real King's speech but looking on ch4 I think that it was on tele back in 2011, could it be a nod to Educating Yorkshire when he helped cure the pupil's stammer by referencing the King's speech?
