Well, I'm hoping it is right. I can't think of anything else for 16, except it is the age of consent, and I don't think that fits in with the bit about movement.

No 81 has two words - 7 and 5 letters. I haven't solved it, but thought the one with 5 letters might be light, if anyone can think of something that will go with this.
