No 2. The Beehive is part of the New Zealand Parliament Building in Wellington as well as a hairstyle. I have the architect as his name has a food item in it. Look on Google.
I don't have the others yet.

3. The nearest I can get, still doesn't fit. I was trying to parse Blancmange.
Court = Banc
Limb = leg
3 letters missing = man
and its 10 letters not 9.
Anybody else got any thoughts?
