The money market consists of financial institutions and dealers in money or credit who wish to either borrow or lend. Business is transacted via an informal network of banks, brokers, dealer and financial institutions that are linked electronically.
I suppose, given the requirement for an answer to the cryptic clue having the same starting letter for each word - then possibly . . Money Market may be correct. In the strict sense of the definition though, I think, perhaps - not?
