The Very Logical Prize Puzzle # 343

I have the solution to the puzzle thanks to some invaluable help from all of you. One stipulation needs to be addressed:"Imprisoned within some answers, six in all (not five) are words with a common theme. Highlight them and suggest the theme to complete the puzzle." I have been going through my answers, and just cannot see any words that have anything in common. Is anyone willing to take up the challenge and make suggestions? Many thanks in advance!

I have had the solution for weeks but still cannot see past those 4 cities.Has anyone else found the theme ?
