Not Looking Good .......Again !!!

Hope nobody has cut short their evenings entertainment to be here by midnight ....again you'll be sadly disappointed.

Of course that comes nowhere near mine ....I still have no links to the puzzles online page .....I have a brand spanking new sub to the Telegraph cost $70+ but no puzzle access ....which no one can explain ....I know the basic sub cost doesn't cover the puzzles and I'm quite prepared to pay the extra if the bloody thing would accept the money, etc etc.

They will not accept anything unless its online, don't try calling ...it doesn't work .....I have a lovely working relationship with Mr Hayes from Customer service ....he can't help ...am I *** off ...you'd better believe it !!!!!!!!

Needless to say, there's a halt in proceedings till Danny or another kind person turns up with the info and I can then get underway ....thanks all

It’s very frustrating mamya, that’s for sure ... I realise most things are done on line but to have no over riding way around a problem just seems insane ...I really have no use for the sub, all I wanted was the puzzle section .,,:(((

I've just tried to access their free crossword offering for today but I keep getting told that I have to link two accounts and then I'm told that I'm entering incorrect data!

It's all gone dool alley, Steff cancel your subscription ( for what you are not getting ) and maybe they will get in touch with you !

I finally managed to access the free crossword (by using a different browser, a different email account and starting all over again) but I was unimpressed to see that I couldn't simply download it to try it in my own time. I was expected to compete against the clock online. The clues seemed pretty ropey too. (The clues in my own crosswords might not be perfect but they're not as weak as the ones I've just seen on The Telegraph website!)

That’s going to be my next move Tony ...I refuse to pay for something I won’t use !! I can’t believe that no one has had this type of problem before & while Customer service was helpful it solved nothing & couldn’t tell where I was going wrong. Think it’s a bit rough to have to pay $150 for 2 puzzles a week :(( I’m not a happy bunny !!

Do you actually want o read the newspaper though? You can have a puzzles sub on it's own, without subscribing to the news content.

No I don’t but going thru the rigmarole with Customer service that’s what happened, first got the one then tried for the puzzle and that when the proverbial hit the fan !!
