Would greatly appreciate a clue/hint ( preferably fairly simple ) to the following:
1. The Scotsman has a row about George - who is not as powerful as he seems. ( 5, 5 )
33. In hospital a poinsettia is forbidden for the monk. ( 8 )
I had an answer for no.1 but on finding another question with the same answer realized I'm way off the mark! And the poinsettia and monk are likely to put me in hospital.

Will study 32 tomorrow when wider awake. Thank you Hazlinny and FoxLee2 for pointing me in the right direction. There are an awful lot of words I don't know when it comes to the animal kingdom. The fun is remembering them when you find them!

No.33 The clue is hidden in the words. A type of monkey.
No 1. First word, Scottish name. Second word, G in another word for row. Not what it seems.
