Neither of them suggestions seem great to me tho Fib. Its the fawhard bit that isnt explained by roulard or foulard

okay lard could be the hard fat bit.
So if foulard sounds like faw lard... (dont know how to pronounce either)

in my dictionary, faw also says fall or gypsy. Gypsy tart doesn't fit the clue but I bet its something obvious...
