Well done with those decent scores, Zebo, even if you did get a little help ;-)
[Actually I think it's lovely that your granddaughter got involved]
4-2-4 is a tried and tested formation, Sandy, which seems to have served you reasonably well ;-)
Well done on just sneaking ahead of me at the final hurdle, Kwillmott!
Ruddy 'eck, Piggy! Both a perfect kid and a near-perfect adult this week! Very well done!
I'll let you put those scores down to the heat, I think, Wolfie - even though a quick look at the BBC weather page for Perth suggests that I shouldn't ;-)
BRILLIANT, Haras2! Well done indeed on that perfect 7!
(Er, we'll gloss over the other two scores, shall we?)
;-)
My house is quite cool due to the fact that (height-wise) I've not cut the privet hedge outside my house in the 30+ years since I've lived here. (It's roughly as tall as the house). So not much sunshine gets inside, meaning that it doesn't turn into a greenhouse in the summer. (I was wearing a sweater all this morning). Chequers has worked out that it's cooler inside than out, so he mainly sleeps in my bedroom. Tablo and Moonbeam prefer to find somewhere in the shade outdoors though.
I hope that you and Shady aren't suffering too much in the heat.
[Given that the official interest rate for Premium Bonds is currently 1.40%, 2.27% sounds pretty good to me. There are savings accounts offering more though
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest/ and no safe investment can currently come anywhere near keeping pace with inflation]
