I've come to the conclusion that 4 is the norm for me. The occasional 3 is cancelled out by the occasional 5. 

I was on a streak of over a 100 but must have missed a day at the weekend as my streak had suddenly fallen to 1. I don't remember missing a day though. Grrrr.
