As promised to mac44, incognito, NicciB and other good people here are the correct answers to the three particularly difficult questions:


Rest by a watery path = Bideford


A Scottish hotspot = Furnace



A mixture of two pronouns = Hythe



Whome was suggested by one kind person and I entered that. I think this answer should have been accepted as well as Hythe by the organiser of the competition. But I kick myself for not getting Hythe as I spent a couple of weeks at nearby Lydd whilst doing National Service in REME. And Dymchurch was one of the other answers (Clue - short of light in this chapel). My thanks to all.
