Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have now nearly completed the marking and Abers who sent stamped addressed envelopes for the return of their question sheets and answers will have them posted over the weekend. Any one who did'nt send a stamped addressed envelope can contact me at

Well over half of the returned papers were from Abers from around the countryside. Nearly �350 was raised for Breast Cancer Awareness and the organisers wish me to thank everyone who took part, particularly Abers who took the time to send cheques and request quiz papers.

I found the the compilation of the quiz the hardest by far that I have done. This is because of the quality of answers given by AB and on occasions one wonders whether I have done justice by making people work hard in order to complete the quiz. I know some people will disagree with my findings but there is always an equal and opposite, so whatever the decision made someone gets marked down. I have tried to be fair.

I will say more about the results after I have posted the answers off and given people time to receive them, until then, take care and I will catch you all again

Hope you are doing another on Al,enjoyed the quiz,especially with there being a cross section of questions.

There is a big one coming out in June ( 300 questions variety of subjects) which is for local charity, very similar to the one I did. Will contact organisers and see if they will issue it to AB
