70 replace the a in tuna with another vowel add L (fifty) and the answer is an anagram
Am I right thinking the answers all have to be UK towns? or am I getting muddled up with another quiz?

70 looks like an anagram of tuna with one of the vowels replaced by another and L (50) added. Airport near London.
29) Anagram of FETODLEWO
