There are several places in the UK called Martin - could the little Apple be Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter, Apple Martin?

I don't know what else it could be.
76 Rainhill (Katy Hill of Blue Peter ilk) is near St Helens
76. I thought maybe the answer could be Catshill
83. I've got Hereford , which is where Mott the Hoople came from.
I've got Gillingham for 94. Gingham with ill inside.
There is a place in Lincolnshire called New York, and it's considerably smaller than the Big Apple, USA, so could it be the Little Apple?
