Before I spend a lot of time on this, how many levels will I have to work through to get to the one with the "Snazzy Spheres"?
Can't you link directly to the level you are stuck on?

OK then, Nothing much on TV so I have worked through levels 0 to 4 to find the Snazzy Spheres. Do you want hints? or the answer?

I'll give hints for now:
The title 'Communication' and the comment in the source of 'beeeeep, beep' suggests the morse code.
Different colours = different characters
Different shades = dots and dashes (you work out which is which)
You'll need a Morse chart that includes more than just the letters and numbers to decode the green ones.

That should get you well on the way.

Thank you mazie for drawing my attention to this puzzle. I enjoyed solving it (admittedly with a little help now and again). The last level is Stage 21.
