As part of a welcome could I offer some advice.

Try to put all your questions in a single post. Do not start a new post with thanks and comments; these can be added to you're original post.
The page has enough space for only 20 posts so if one person uses a quarter of that for themselves it is unfair to others and pushes legitimate posts off the page.
